o Two-Tier Storage License (Workgroup Pro, Departmental, & Enterprise)

o DocSTAR Client Software License(s) (Enterprise Only)

- DocSTAR Annual Maintenance Agreement

- Symantec WinFax Pro 10.0 Software Package

- System Serial Number Sticker (to be placed on back of CPU, required for Technical

Support)
